I loved Dr. Maltz he is so very thourough and kind. You really get the most out of your exam. Then when it came to picking out the frames that best fit your face and style the whole team is very fun and knowledgeable. Noe J helped me extensively with going through many different frames styles until I found the ones I liked the most. I would recommend this location over any other TSO.

This place is great!! Very well organized as excellent customer service! My son has a deep fear of the eye doctor and eye drops, as well as has he a few special needs but they took the time and really tried to make him feel better and after a melt down and tears he was able to get a pair of glasses. they cam back within a week as well all in all a win.

I love Texas State optical because they are really helpful and they take there time with there customer's make sure there making the right choice every time I've gone I've only worked with one person and that's Daniel very awesome person.

I was pleasantly impressed with TSO on 1960! This was my first time at this location. Dr. Deanna Gates was the only doctor in on that day, and I did have a bit of a longer visit than I anticipated because of this. However, she and the staff were very efficient. I had two staff assist me in choosing new glasses while I waited. Both were friendly, helpful, and showed me glasses of all price ranges (not just pricey ones). Dr. Gates was so nice and seems like a kind person. She was quick and thorough. A great experience and would recommend to friends and family.

They were extremely busy when I went in to pick up my glasses so I had to wait a few minutes, but the service was worth the wait and they apologized for the wait and sincerely appreciated my patience. That's a sign of good leadership at the top when your staff are that friendly and it is sincere.
